Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will reach you within 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, so you can pay easily in cash when your parcel arrives.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email to track your shipment in real-time.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our support team immediately at veloraorganic1@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, and we will resolve it for you.
